Job Summary
Lead Branch Operations and Sales by assisting the CEO in developing the Business Plan, ensuring social performance, coordinating network development, and monitoring branch activities. Drive productivity, profitability, and security across the network while safeguarding portfolio quality and risk governance. Contribute to product/service design, train field staff, and generate regular financial, portfolio, and impact reports. Maintain compliance with microfinance regulations, leverage English communication, and utilize standard software (T24 knowledge is a plus) to support operational excellence and stakeholder partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor +4/5 in economics, management, finance, or banking
- 6–8 years of experience in microfinance or banking
- Solid experience in operations management and/or commercial activities (microfinance/banking)
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of standard software and microfinance/banking operations management applications (credit/savings); knowledge of the T24 software would be an asset
