Head, Retirement Fund Admininstration & Servicing

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end retirement fund administration and servicing, including contributions, risk premium allocation, data integrity for members and employers, and adviser remuneration payments; lead onboarding of new clients, drive digital transformation and governance to ensure regulatory compliance and high client outcomes; manage teams responsible for fee calculations, collections, and dispute resolution; provide governance support through reporting and insights, collaborate with Distribution, Product, Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, IT and Finance; embed QA, reduce errors, and drive straight-through processing with automation and self-service initiatives; ensure adherence to Pension Funds Act, FAIS, Long-term Insurance Act, POPIA, AML/FIC requirements, and internal governance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree - Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting
- 8-10 years in Retirement fund administration
- 8-10 years - Managerial experience
