Job Summary
Head, R&D Automation Platform leads enterprise-wide automation initiatives for clinical data automation, including end-to-end system selection, architecture collaboration, and delivery leadership. Oversees in-house tools, scripts, and programs to improve data capture, processing, and reporting in healthcare domains; defines long-term delivery innovation, supports executive leadership with progress on key initiatives, and partners with global data program stakeholders to set priorities and roadmaps. Requires expertise in Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Document Processing, and supervised machine learning; manages global product and engineering teams and vendor relationships; travel up to 25% domestically and up to 75% remote work is allowed. Salary range $220,210–$333,190 per year. Full-time role based in Boston/Cambridge, MA with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Analytics, Bioinformatics, or related field, plus 11 years of related experience
