Job Summary
Coordinate, produce, and submit all proposal responses including RFIs, RFQs, ITTs, and RFPs while leading storyboarding sessions and facilitating key review meetings. Manage proposal governance, sign-off processes, and document delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and customer-defined timeframes. Review and edit input from technical, finance, and delivery stakeholders, communicating and influencing at a senior level to take sole responsibility for proposal quality. Lead a team in creating winning proposals while maintaining confidentiality and updating issues to the RA. Requires 10-15 years of experience in business development and proposals within railway, metro, or infrastructure consulting sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development and proposals within the railway, metro, or infrastructure consulting sectors
- Proven track record of winning large-scale consulting projects
- Understanding of railway operations, metro systems, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
