Lead and drive the development and implementation of the open market life insurance product offering and the product management framework across the end-to-end lifecycle to achieve targets for income, sales and profitability. Define growth strategies in terms of new markets, channel development and new products to realise strategic goals and optimise market share and revenue, with a focus on driving growth.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Actuarial Science
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
- 8-10 years actuarial experience
- Technical Underwriting knowledge
- Practical experience of insurance and product development in intermediated retail long-term space
