Job Summary
Lead the maintenance department by performing scheduled preventative maintenance, supervising front-line personnel, and developing employee schedules. Implement and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs while monitoring key metrics such as equipment uptime, downtime, and mean time between failures. Design, plan, install, and maintain plant systems including boilers, air compressors, welding and piping, and electrical circuitry. Train and develop existing and new maintenance staff to promote a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and safety. Ensure appropriate staffing to support production and emergency needs while maintaining compliance and reducing maintenance costs through engineering solutions.
Required Qualifications

- Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Minimum of at least 5 years maintenance experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in engineering or related field or sufficient experience is preferred
- Experience with air cylinders, solenoid valves, steam traps, motor starters, gear reducers, inverter drives, or industrial laundry equipment is a plus
