Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on boilers, air compressors, piping, and electrical systems while supervising front-line technicians. Lead engineering teams to design, plan, and maintain plant systems, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. Train new and existing staff on troubleshooting electro/mechanical utilities and industrial equipment. Work with associates to accomplish departmental goals and assist in other areas as needed. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of plant maintenance experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $90k to $110k with a flexible schedule. - High level of attention to detail

- Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Highly organized
- Computer literate
- Associates Degree in Engineering or related field or sufficient experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with air cylinders, solenoid valves, steam traps, motor starters, gear reducers, inverter drives, or industrial laundry equipment
