Head of Workplace

Build the physical and experiential backbone of the company by designing multi-year space strategies, managing global budgets, and scaling office infrastructure across new markets. Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and buildout operations while developing playbooks to ensure predictable office openings in multiple countries. Own the day-to-day employee and visitor experience by designing onsite programs, running milestone events like offsites and board meetings, and managing end-to-end logistics for company-wide gatherings. Hire and develop a team of Office Coordinators, set standards for candidate and guest experiences, and continuously improve the workplace through direct feedback loops.
