Job Summary
Lead and scale CHANEL's wholesale business across ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) including Department Stores, Travel Retail, and new distribution opportunities. Own full P&L accountability for wholesale channels, define and execute an omnichannel wholesale strategy, and drive profitable growth while safeguarding brand equity and exclusivity. Build and manage long-term partnerships with trade partners, lead Joint Business Planning and commercial negotiations, and oversee governance, risk management, and store openings/renovations. Develop and pilot new business models, deliver distinctive client experiences, and lead a high-performing wholesale and business development team in collaboration with Marketing, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leader with P&L ownership and wholesale leadership experience
- Experience across wholesale channels including department stores, travel retail, e-retail or multi-channel ecosystems
- Strong strategic and commercial governance capabilities (terms & conditions, risk management)
- Proven ability to build and manage long-term partnerships with senior external stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, business development, and operating-model design skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on elevated client experiences and brand equity
- Cross-functional leadership experience with Marketing, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global teams
