Job Summary
Lead the Water Sector in Wellington for a major professional services firm, providing strategic and operational leadership, driving client engagement, developing business plans, and delivering key infrastructure/water projects. Responsibilities include leading design and project delivery, coaching and developing a high-performing team, managing commercial risk and contracts, fostering client relationships, and contributing to national water sector strategy. Requires extensive senior project leadership experience, a recognised tertiary qualification, and CPEng or equivalent, with a strong track record in client development, risk management, and delivering complex water/infrastructure programs in New Zealand. Required Qualifications

- CPEng or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years professional experience as an infrastructure/water professional
- 7-10 years experience in a senior people or project leadership role
