Job Summary
Head of Warehousing leads and manages the Quzhou Warehousing Center within CNS Greater China, overseeing goods receiving, storage, packaging, picking, sorting, outbound, inventory accuracy, safety management, and end-to-end supply chain coordination. Responsible for developing warehousing strategies, optimizing processes with WMS/EWM, driving cost-efficiency, team leadership, performance management, and delivering reliable delivery performance. Emphasizes safety, data accuracy, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement across warehousing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- 5+ years of warehousing management experience
- 3+ years in a supervisory role

- Experience with EWM/WMS and barcode scanning systems (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-management skills

- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and safety-management systems
