Job Summary
Own CoinPoker's video content strategy, defining repeatable formats, series, and audience roles across long-form and short-form channels. Lead the production team end to end, managing format selection, planning, edit direction, and delivery to the Head of Social. Build and develop the production staff while owning the long-form to short-form pipeline, ensuring systematic conversion of long-form output into platform-native clips. Produce and structure video content for marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative, ambassador, and CRM teams on product launches and tournament series. Own content performance analytics, establishing metrics frameworks and running regular joint reviews to translate findings into format and packaging decisions. Report to senior management on audience growth and commercial contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record growing audiences through both long-form and short-form video
- Deep demonstrated craft in at least one and working fluency in the other
- Demonstrated experience building and leading a video production team
- Strong command of packaging and structure as disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to brief and direct editors
- Deep working knowledge of video performance metrics across forms
- Experience operating gaming or gambling-adjacent content on YouTube and social platforms
- Good working understanding of poker
