Head of Vendor Education

Job Summary
Lead and execute Pandora/foodpanda’s global Vendor Education strategy, building a data-driven education ecosystem and managing a distributed team across EU, Turkey, and APAC. Define vision, frameworks, and scalable solutions to drive vendor performance through targeted education initiatives, including segmentation of vendor cohorts, localization of content, and measurement of impact on business metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Local Markets, Product, COE, Vendor Operations, and regional teams to embed education as a core lever for vendor performance and growth. Responsibilities include owning the global education strategy, developing content strategies and localization, designing engagement and adoption programs, tracking performance and impact, leading and developing teams, and establishing governance and cross-functional alignment. Requirements emphasize extensive experience in vendor management and education programs, analytical capabilities to define cohorts and metrics, multi-regional work experience, high-performing-team leadership, and strong communication and governance skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in vendor management, education, operations, or enablement roles with a track record of driving performance through structured programs across multiple regions.
- Proven experience in designing and executing education or enablement strategies, including content development, segmentation, and engagement frameworks.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining cohorts, tracking performance metrics, and measuring impact on business outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple countries and regions with ability to adapt strategies, content, and engagement models to diverse market needs.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams across geographies.
- Advanced stakeholder management and governance experience with clear decision-making frameworks and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience collaborating with Center of Excellence (COE) teams to embed education into operational processes and drive consistency.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proactive and structured mindset with ability to build scalable programs and continuously improve processes based on data and feedback loops.
