Establish a clear vision for the Valuation function by aligning team priorities with business objectives and evolving organizational needs. Lead the delivery of actuarial valuation and financial reporting, overseeing reserve governance, valuation methodologies, and actuarial analyses including Drivers of Earnings. Coach and develop team members through constructive feedback and mentoring while building organizational capability through talent management and succession planning. Partner with Finance, Pricing, Product, and business stakeholders to provide actuarial insights on financial performance, emerging trends, and risks that support strategic planning and decision-making. Monitor in-force business performance, including persistency and claims experience, to drive portfolio performance and long-term value creation.
