Job Summary
Head of UX/UI Design for KFC to lead the evolution of the global digital brand experience. Define and scale the UX/UI vision for KFC’s global web and mobile app experiences on the Atlas platform, delivering a consistent, high-quality digital experience across markets. Own and evolve the global design system for consistency, scalability, and efficient delivery across teams and markets. Influence global digital experience strategy, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to shape end-to-end customer journeys, and lay the foundation to extend UX/UI standards into additional channels (e.g., kiosks, in-restaurant experiences, and emerging platforms). Drive measurable business impact across platforms, including customer satisfaction, conversion, and digital sales growth. Ensure a seamless, unified brand experience across current and future digital touchpoints.
