Job Summary
Lead Utilities & Infrastructure at the Yamagata site, ensuring reliable utility supply, energy-management initiatives, and alignment with EHS, quality, and compliance standards. Drive maintenance, reliability, and service-partner management for utilities/infrastructure; oversee audits and project execution; represent the site as MSO for Facility, Zoning, and Clean Utilities, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and best practices. Requires advanced English and Japanese, 3+ years in utilities/infrastructure within GMP-regulated environments, and experience with cross-functional/international teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (general), Science, Chemistry or related field; Advanced English and Japanese; 3+ years of experience in Utilities & Infrastructure management in an industrial or GMP-regulated environment; experience with contractor/service provider management; knowledge of HVAC, purified water, compressed air, energy systems; familiarity with GMP, qualification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ); ability to manage EHS requirements; international project experience preferred.
