Job Summary
Lead US sales strategy and execution for an early US division of a UK-based customised food packaging company. Own the full US sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and account management—for restaurant, cafe, and hospitality clients across New York and the Tri-State area, with expansion to the broader East Coast. Develop and execute a go-to-market plan in collaboration with the founding team, build a robust pipeline through door-to-door outreach, networking, personal branding, and scaling inbound leads, and drive growth with equity opportunities in the US entity. This is a hybrid, field-based role based in New York, reporting to the US General Manager and co-founder, with potential progression toward senior leadership (e.g., VP Sales, US Commercial Director).
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in packaging, food distribution, or adjacent industries
