Job Summary
Oversee all non-industrial projects nationwide, ranging from new builds to fit-outs, refurbishments, and installation upgrades. Lead the Construction Department by defining project phases, managing budgets and timelines, and guiding project managers from site due diligence through post-construction. Monitor contractor performance and project evolution to ensure high-end, on-time delivery aligned with company objectives and client requirements. Manage development phases for contractors to lead them through projects efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring specifications comply with tender documents. This role combines expertise in real estate development, financial acumen, and leadership to drive successful construction from conception to completion. CTP is Europe's largest listed owner, developer, and manager of logistics and industrial real estate, with a portfolio certified to BREEAM sustainability standards.
