Job Summary
Lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of infrastructure and environment services across the bank, managing large-scale technical projects and capabilities using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Collaborate with customers, business teams, software engineers, and quality teams to implement customer trails, deliver high-quality features, and align outputs with regulatory and security policies. Manage vendor relations, assess and mitigate project risks, handle change requests, and plan resources and budgets to meet corporate requirements. Set strategy, drive requirements, and influence senior executives while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
