Job Summary
Head of Treasury at Xendit is the primary architect of the treasury engine, owning the Treasury P&L and optimizing liquidity across global entities. Responsibilities include designing and implementing funding and liquidity strategies, negotiating FX spreads and managing FX risk, exploring instruments such as stablecoins, coordinating with Growth on pricing for FX and liquidity, engaging with global banking partners, and building the tooling and tech stack to enable a high-performance treasury function while aligning with Compliance, Risk, Product/Engineering, Growth, and Financial Partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of Treasury experience, with at least 3-5 years heading up Treasury in a Fintech or similar
- Experience Optimizing yields on held funds (interest rate, time deposits etc.)
- Experience Managing FX (advising on spreads, hedging FX risk, netting strategies)
- Experience designing and implementing funding and liquidity strategies
- Experience selecting, negotiating with and managing financial partners related to liquidity provisions (e.g., banks, debt providers)
- Experience defining technology / tool stack for Treasury function
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships effortlessly
