Job Summary
Define and lead the Group's treasury strategy, covering liquidity, cash management, funding, and financial risk across an international footprint. Oversee short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization while managing syndicated facilities, bilateral loans, and revolving credit arrangements. Lead financing negotiations, execute hedging strategies for foreign exchange and interest rate risks, and maintain relationships with banking partners and external stakeholders. Establish treasury policies, internal controls, and governance standards, driving continuous improvement and digital transformation of treasury operations. Provide strategic reporting to the CFO, Executive Management, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors, leading treasury workstreams for acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructurings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, banking or financial risk management, including experience in a senior treasury leadership role
- Proven experience in managing a treasury function within a multinational or complex Group environment
- Extensive knowledge of cash and liquidity management, corporate financing, capital structure, financial markets, derivatives and treasury risk management
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex financing arrangements, banking relationships and foreign exchange and interest rate hedging strategies
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with treasury management systems, ERP platforms and banking technologies
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation and decision-making skills, with the confidence to interact with the CFO, Executive Management, Board members and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English
