Job Summary
Head of Treasury responsible for independently owning and driving the treasury function, overseeing funding, liquidity, capital, FX risk, and regulatory reporting; manage debt investors and bank relationships; support cash management and ICLAAP, with ongoing updates to CFO, CEO, Board and external stakeholders. Drive an AI-enabled treasury model, collaborate with AI/finance engineers to build data-driven pipelines, and lead capital optimization, liquidity planning, and FX hedging within regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in economics, engineering, mathematics or a related relevant discipline
- Relevant work experience from bank treasury or consultancy of +5 years
- Experience with deposits, FX hedging under ISDA agreements and bank relationships
- Experience within the financial sector and working with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA)
- A strong interest in agentic AI transformation
- Professional level in Excel and feel comfortable in SQL
- Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
