Job Summary
Head of Treasury and M&A responsible for building and leading a global Treasury function while executing the company’s M&A agenda; define and implement a global treasury strategy, manage liquidity, funding structures, and financial risks (FX, rates, counterparty); lead cash and liquidity management, debt/capital markets activities, and banking relationships; design and implement treasury governance, policies, and systems; lead an integrated Treasury and M&A organization aligned with IPO readiness and growth plans; oversee M&A transactions including structuring, negotiation, and execution, coordinating external advisors and internal stakeholders; collaborate with CFO and executive leadership on capital allocation and investment priorities.
Required Qualifications
- completed degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
- extensive leadership experience in corporate treasury and/or M&A / corporate finance
- strong expertise in financing, capital markets and banking relationship management
- hands-on experience executing M&A transactions
- proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to C-level and investors
- fluent English skills (German is a plus)
