Job Summary
Own the P&L and GMV for eBay Live's Trading Cards category, defining strategy to accelerate growth across supply, demand, content, and trust. Manage budget for seller incentives and programming while recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-potential sellers through complex commercial negotiations. Lead cross-functional teams to build entertaining, high-conversion live commerce experiences and refine run-of-show playbooks. Direct a diverse group of 5–10 managers, influence senior stakeholders, and drive execution with operator rigor. Requires 8+ years in ecommerce and a BA/BS degree (MBA preferred). Base pay ranges from $126,800 to $204,000; total compensation includes bonus and equity.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of relevant ecommerce, marketplace, or retail experience
- Experience in Trading Cards, collectibles, sports memorabilia, hobby retail, or enthusiast commerce
- Proven experience owning or influencing P&L, GMV, or revenue targets
- Strong interest in, or experience with, live selling, video commerce, or creator-led marketplaces
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams with entrepreneurial DNA
- Ability to operate in a highly competitive category where trust, selection, speed, and experience quality matter
- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to ~15%
