Job Summary
Head of Technology Products (Remote) leads NA technology product strategy and cross-functional delivery for the ClaimPilot platform across North America, driving platform consolidation, IP reuse, and modernization to support multiple lines of business. Responsibilities include defining multiyear product roadmaps, translating business needs into outcome-based delivery increments, overseeing product lifecycle from discovery to adoption, ensuring governance and compliance with architecture, security, AI standards, and driving adoption of shared services. Strong senior product leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to navigate federated organizational structures are required; experience in insurance/financial services contexts and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential. This is a full-time, home-based role with travel nationally and internationally.”,
