Job Summary
Develop and lead multi-year category strategies for enterprise technology spend, aligning to business priorities and transformation initiatives. Partner with senior technology, finance, and operational leaders to identify strategic procurement opportunities, execute complex supplier negotiations, and optimize total cost of ownership. Guide the category strategy team in applying data-driven approaches including spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier segmentation to drive measurable results through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and innovation. Build and manage a high-performing team of category managers and analysts while establishing operating objectives to achieve category goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 7–10 years in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management
- Experience with procurement technologies including CLM, supplier management platforms, and analytics tools
- Ariba or similar sourcing platforms
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
