Head of Technology Governance

Lead the enterprise technology governance framework to align technology strategy, architecture, delivery and cyber security with business objectives, regulatory requirements and risk appetite. Drive high-quality decision-making across the technology lifecycle, overseeing architecture, change and cyber governance to ensure value delivery, risk management and secure, resilient platforms. Responsibilities include setting enterprise technology strategy and roadmap governance, prioritizing initiatives, establishing architecture standards, enabling safe release management, providing visibility of priorities and risks, and leading cyber governance with strong oversight and transparent reporting. Requires deep experience in complex enterprise environments, especially within financial services or investment management, and a proven track record of leading governance across technology strategy, portfolio/pipeline, architecture, cyber security and change management. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or hold a visa with unrestricted rights to work in Australia; preferred candidates will undergo pre-employment background screening.
