Job Summary
Lead the RLAM Technology Change Delivery function, setting standards, governance, and ways of working to enable effective delivery across the technology change portfolio. Own the delivery capability by helping squads translate business demand and technology priorities into clear roadmaps, sequenced backlogs, and realistic capacity plans. Chair and steer key planning and prioritisation forums, ensuring decisions are transparent and based on value, risk, capacity, and strategic alignment. Provide leadership and coaching to Scrum Masters and delivery leads to build a high-performing delivery community with consistent agile practices and strong stakeholder engagement. Work as part of the Technology Department Senior Leadership Team, contributing to RLAM's technology strategy and ensuring change delivery supports business outcomes, resilience, and regulatory obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Senior technology delivery leader
- Experience leading scaled agile delivery functions in a complex technology environment
- Strong background in Asset Management Technology
- Understanding of investment platforms
