Job Summary
Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap while overseeing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud systems. Manage and monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, and cybersecurity, ensuring data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place. Lead software development, ERP/SAP systems, and digital transformation initiatives, while evaluating new technologies to improve efficiency and performance. Control technology budgets, manage vendors and service providers, and lead, mentor, and develop the technology team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in IT networks, surveillance systems, and ERP/software management
- Proven leadership skills to manage teams, vendors, and large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure & networking
- Expertise in cybersecurity & security systems integration
- Experience in software development / ERP systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT/Technology roles
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership position
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with a strong technical and strategic mindset preferred
- Certifications (preferred): CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco
