Job Summary
Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to drive operational excellence and enable timely delivery of business objectives through high-quality hiring for R&D functions. Partner with executive leadership and People Team leaders to define a global hiring strategy that addresses talent gaps and builds a diverse workforce. Design and iterate on a talent acquisition roadmap while leveraging data to identify trends, pain points, and key drivers for improving KPIs and OKRs. Set ambitious goals for your team, ensuring individual and team objectives align with greater company goals. Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across all R&D functions, collaborating on global recruiting, headcount planning, and resource allocation. Work from our San Francisco office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with hybrid options for Wednesdays and Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function
- 5+ years of management experience
- leading Technical recruiting teams

- Demonstrated passion and ability for leading, motivating, and coaching recruiting teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset
- Proven track record of acting as a strong business partner to executive leaders
