Job Summary
Define product vision and long-term strategy for renewable automation and control software, building multi-year roadmaps aligned with market trends and regulatory requirements. Lead a team of Technical Product Managers while establishing frameworks and driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and customer success. Prioritize features for grid control and energy management solutions, championing cloud, AI/ML, and edge computing adoption. Act as the technical bridge for U.S. sales, supporting RFIs/RFPs, demos, and pre-sales activities to gather customer feedback. Manage pricing strategies, monetization models, and KPIs to measure growth impact. Bring 15+ years of experience in T&D, SCADA, or renewable plant controls to drive innovation in the energy transition space.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of technical product management experience in T&D, SCADA, renewable plant controls, or related software
- Experience with Power Plant Controllers, Renewable SCADA, Energy Management Systems, or Hybrid Software Systems
- Strong exposure to cloud platforms, AI/ML, edge computing, and modern software architectures
- Experience collaborating with utilities, regulatory bodies, or grid modernization programs
- Bachelors degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree in Engineering or MBA preferred
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, OpenFMB, NERC CIP
- Experience supporting sales, pre-sales, or sales engineering in North America
