Job Summary

Define the multi-year technical product vision and roadmap for Noisy Creek's publishing, membership, ticketing, and advertising stacks, translating strategy into prioritized execution plans. Lead selection and optimization of core platforms including CMS, subscription management, CRM, ad tech, and app publishing across current and future markets. Own reader identity architecture to enable unified subscriber views and personalization while partnering with editorial, advertising, and events leaders to surface product opportunities. Evaluate vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and make build-vs-buy decisions to ensure data ownership and platform scalability. Establish metrics frameworks connecting technical decisions to business outcomes like reader growth and retention, and build the business case for expanding the technical product function as the team scales.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience
  • full ownership of a product roadmap from strategy through delivery
  • Demonstrated experience with content management systems, subscription/membership platforms, CRM, or advertising technology

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in media, publishing, membership/loyalty programs, or ticketing and events technology
  • Hands-on development experience building or scaling products across multiple markets, brands, or a multi-tenant architecture
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention, payments, or redemption systems
  • People management experience
  • experience building the case for a team before it exists
  • Experience operating as the sole/first technical product hire in an organization
