Head of Talent

Head of Talent at Zeffy responsible for owning the entire recruiting function, closing roles end-to-end, coaching hiring managers and recruiters, and building systems and employer brand to attract top talent in Montréal and Paris. Lead sourcing, screening, and closing senior and cross-functional roles; align with managers on role definitions, scorecards, and search strategy; ensure excellent candidate experience. Build and coach teams, refine processes with analytics and AI, and coordinate employer-brand initiatives through content, events, and partnerships. Preferred: 5+ years leading recruiting in fast-growth contexts, track record of closing hard-to-fill roles, experience coaching teams, and interest in AI-driven recruiting.
