Job Summary
Head of Talent, Performance & Recruitment responsible for defining and driving the global Talent, Performance & Recruitment strategy across 42 countries and a workforce of over 14,000 employees. Lead global recruitment, talent management, and performance processes, act as Global Center of Excellence Lead, and design systems and processes (including Workday) across all three domains. Drive the annual talent review, succession planning, and performance management cycles, ensure alignment with DE&I priorities and regulatory requirements, and leverage data analytics to continuously improve people processes. Fluent in English with deep experience in global HR transformation, stakeholder engagement across diverse geographies, and translating business needs into impactful talent, performance, and recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR or management, preferably in a global environment
- Strong expertise in talent management, performance, and recruitment practices
- Project management experience and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels across different cultures
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Sound knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices
- Ability to build collaborative environments and foster teamwork
