Job Summary
Develop and execute an integrated learning and development strategy for frontline and corporate support functions. Build scalable talent, leadership, and succession programmes that strengthen internal mobility and management pipelines. Lead digital learning transformation, including LMS and e-learning solutions for a geographically dispersed workforce. Establish evidence-based learning analytics and link programme effectiveness to productivity, service quality, retention, and other business KPIs. Build and lead a high-performing talent management team while partnering closely with senior leadership and business functions.
Required Qualifications
- Eight to ten years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development, including three to five years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in large-scale, multi-site retail, FMCG, F&B, or similarly complex operating environments
- Proven success in building functions, frameworks, or programmes from the ground up in a high-growth organization
- Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of store economics, workforce productivity, and operational performance
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate business strategy into measurable people-development initiatives
