🐐 Head of Talent Engineering

Head of Talent Engineering role focused on building the sourcing-and-talent-marketing engine. You design and run experiments in talent sourcing and marketing, build systems (scrapers, monitoring engines, outreach pipelines) to track and engage high-slope candidates, and create dashboards and reporting loops that treat talent as a funnel. You’ll convince top engineers, designers, and operators to join Zingage, leverage founder/investor networks to unlock warm channels, and iterate a playbook for recruiting in 2025+. The position requires technical ability to wire up scrapers, pipelines, and LLM workflows, and a contrarian, founder-track mindset to scale talent acquisition beyond traditional methods.
