Job Summary
Lead the development of Etteplan's ILS/IPS and system safety offering in Sweden with full P&L responsibility, driving both business and delivery. Build and manage a growing team of specialists and managers, scaling the organization from 25 to over 100 people within three years. Own the market offering and serve as a central profile in customer dialogues to build trust, articulate value, and win business in the defence, security, and industrial sectors. Report to the VP Engineering Solutions Sweden with a mandate to shape the offering, organization, and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within ILS/IPS, Systems Engineering or similar areas
- A background from organizations with high requirements for safety, reliability and lifecycle perspectives
- Experience of leadership and business responsibility (P&L)
- A strong ability to build relationships and drive business
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of system safety (e.g. DEF STAN, ARP4761, MIL-STD-882)
- a background or network within the defence and security industry
