Job Summary

Own and scale a bold, full-funnel B2B marketing strategy built around the supplier journey, partnering with teams across the company to define and deliver against KPIs at every stage from awareness to loyalty. Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional Supply Marketing team spanning B2B Performance Marketing, Brand and Product Marketing, creating an environment where ambitious marketers excel. Build partnerships with Sales, Supply, and Product to win strategic attractions and suppliers. Translate insights on the global operator landscape into go-to-market strategies that resonate with suppliers’ needs. Champion the supplier story at the Executive level, reporting progress and strategic insights to influence business direction.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience across Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, or Operations & Project Management
  • experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • strategic thinking with commercial instincts
  • entrepreneurial, creative, and curious mindset
  • ability to align stakeholders from working teams up to the executive level
  • fluency in data and storytelling to drive decisions and action
  • ability to communicate with clarity and conviction
