Job Summary
The Head of Supply leads the comprehensive responsibility of Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Logistics to optimize costs and maximize operational efficiency while ensuring continuous improvement in customer service indicators. The role entails inventory management, analyzing logistics costs, managing demand forecasting, ensuring service level compliance (OTIF, KPIs), and overseeing logistics operators (3PL) for final mile deliveries. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, significant experience managing supply chains, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ADE, Economy or similar
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Deep knowledge in forecasting processes and S&OP
- Strong analytical skills oriented towards cost reduction and optimization
- Leadership and cross-functional influence capabilities
- Fluency in Spanish and English
Desired Qualifications
- Master's in Supply Chain, Operations or Data Analytics
- Experience in forecasting and S&OP
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP, Power BI, or demand planning tools
