Job Summary
Own the end-to-end supply chain organization across Logistics, Planning, and Procurement, defining direction while executing deep dives into warehouse operations, forecasting models, and supplier negotiations. Design and execute international supply chain strategy, including network design, fulfillment setup, and carrier strategy, while leading major transformation projects like automation and new market launches. Build processes, systems, and teams to support 5–10× volume growth, delivering world-class warehouse performance and improving customer availability while reducing costs. Establish a robust, data-driven S&OP and demand-planning capability, strengthen negotiation capabilities, and hire a strong leadership team. Work closely with Finance, Product, Technology, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations roles
- Successfully led Logistics, Planning and Procurement functions - ideally all three
- Experience from FMCG, food, retail, manufacturing or high-growth e-commerce
- Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, demand planning, S&OP, procurement and inventory management in depth
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a willingness to go deep into operational detail
- Strong analytical and financial skills and making decisions based on data rather than opinions
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with ambitious growth targets
- Clear communication, ability to challenge senior stakeholders and fluency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field
