Job Summary
Head of Supply Chain Management at the production site in Wermelskirchen leads the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring material availability, production planning and delivery performance. Oversees teams across Logistics & Shipping, Production Planning, Operational Purchasing, and parts of Customer Service; drives transformation, alignment across the organization, and optimization of KPIs. Collaborates closely with the Head of Plant and Global Head of Supply Chain Management to enable a modern, collaborative production environment and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a university degree, several years of leadership in supply chain within a production-driven setting, strong SAP experience, and fluent German and English.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Multiple years of leadership experience in supply chain management in a production-driven environment
- Strong SAP experience is mandatory
- Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
