Job Summary
Head of Supply Chain for Key Markets leads the Market Supply Chain Team across 24 markets, driving strategy, governance, and execution to harmonize processes, optimize KPI performance, and enable global launch excellence. Responsibilities include setting strategy and tactical execution aligned with Global Supply Chain, partnering with GBU Leaders and Key Market GMs, driving standardized best practices across markets, overseeing Customer Care, Distribution, and Demand Planning, representing Key Markets in Market SCM Leadership, delivering transformational programs, leveraging digital platforms (KINAXIS, ERP, EDI), advancing IBP maturity, implementing organizational changes, and fostering a high-impact, diverse team through talent development and succession planning. Technical and leadership skills required include end-to-end supply chain management, transformation delivery, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making, and experience with AI/digital solutions. Education required: degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar; APICS certification is a plus. Languages: English (additional languages are assets). This role is based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, within Sanofi’s New Launch Excellence Center, and involves close collaboration with multiple functions to drive launch success across global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar
- APICS certification is an asset
