Job Summary
Lead the digital transformation of supply chain operations by defining and executing the technology roadmap for ERP, WMS, TMS, and order management systems. Drive increased automation across 11 European warehouses through WH automation investments and external supplier management. Own tech product governance, prioritize quarterly increments, and collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, IT, Commerce, Procurement, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions. Manage a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts while rolling up sleeves to ensure end-to-end system performance and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- significant international leadership experience within Operations, Supply Chain, or Supply Chain Technology environments
- proven ability to lead transformation, engage stakeholders at all levels, and deliver impactful results in complex, fast-paced organizations
- Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP, SaaS and technology transformation programs
- Experience managing a portfolio of digital products, including governance, roadmaps, prioritisation and benefits realisation
- A sound understanding of warehouse and supply-chain operations and the processes supported by technology
