Job Summary
Lead and develop BURGA's global supply chain, inventory management, and logistics operations, including day-to-day team leadership. Own relationships with international courier partners, customs brokers, and suppliers while overseeing carrier invoice verification for pricing accuracy and cost control. Drive carrier tenders, evaluate pricing structures, and optimize shipping costs to support rapid growth. Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs, ensuring high service quality across all partners. Own customs compliance across international markets, with particular focus on the US. Lead logistics improvement projects, including returns optimization, packaging improvements, courier integrations, and 3PL implementation. Build scalable logistics processes, documentation, and operational standards. Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Support, and external providers to continuously improve the customer delivery experience. Manage a hybrid team in Kaunas, Lithuania, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or international shipping
- Previous experience leading logistics teams or managing cross-functional logistics operations
- Strong expertise in customs procedures, import/export documentation, and international shipping regulations
- Advanced analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience negotiating with logistics providers and evaluating carrier tenders
- Proven track record of improving logistics processes and driving operational efficiency
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across departments
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills
