Head of Supplier Operations

Head of Supplier Operations to lead supplier strategy and supplier-related operational initiatives across a portfolio of commercial HVAC businesses. Owns the supplier operating model and enterprise initiatives that drive cost reduction, margin improvement, and operational consistency across the network. Focus is on setting standards, driving adoption, and partnering with operating companies to scale programs that benefit from network leverage. Requires strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, financial rigor, and systems thinking, with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration across a decentralized organization. Responsibilities include negotiating network-wide pricing structures and rebate programs with suppliers, OEMs, and distributors; establishing supplier standards; overseeing performance reviews and scorecards; defining procurement standards; governance for purchasing workflows, inventory, warranty, and rebate processes; driving adoption of enterprise initiatives; ensuring scalable tools and processes; and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, IT, and field leadership.
