Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day designing, detailing, and engineering of corrugate displays from prototype through production while managing a team of ArtiosCAD experts. Collaborate cross-functionally with graphic design, sales, and production to ensure design accuracy, execute On-Time In-Full delivery, and resolve project risks. Proactively analyze workflows, standardize new solutions, and coach team members on performance and process consistency. Develop CAD specifications and 3D models for client presentations while monitoring budgets, timelines, and scope changes.
Required Qualifications
- 10 + years of experience in designing and engineering semi-permanent corrugate POP displays
- 5 + years of experience in leading people
- Postsecondary education in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- Advanced experience using ArtiosCAD specific to the retail design and POP industry
- Working knowledge of ArtiosCAD programming
- Experience using a Kongsberg cutting table
- Experience using Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Advanced knowledge of corrugate substrates and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with Graphic Designers with an expert understanding and knowledge of printing processes
- Ability to produce sketches (informal and formal)

- AI knowledge is a great asset
- Process improvement mindset/Lean certification is a asset
