Head of Strategy & Transformation

Lead the end-to-end transformation agenda of the Pakistan manufacturing site, driving a zero-loss culture and strategic clarity through the development of a 3-year masterplan and annual site roadmap. Embed structured continuous improvement disciplines including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance to reduce losses, improve OEE, and enhance operational excellence. Establish and govern site-wide PDCA management systems, performance drumbeats, and cross-functional improvement programs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Lead cultural transformation, organizational effectiveness, and comprehensive learning & development initiatives while partnering with HR to build internal talent pipelines and succession planning.
