Job Summary
Head of Strategy Execution in the COO Office for EMEA leads the Strategy Execution Office, translating the regional execution vision into a prioritised, funded portfolio of initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and outcomes. Responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks and operating models, leading annual prioritisation and investment planning, owning portfolio performance and benefits realization, enabling capability and change across the organization, driving accountability for initiative delivery, and managing cross-functional engagement with executive sponsors. The role requires strategic acumen, program leadership, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders, governance forums, and functional leaders to execution excellence, with a focus on scalable transformation across the EMEA region. Skills & abilities include governance design, performance management, stakeholder influence, executive communication, data-driven decision making (Power BI, Excel), change management, and cross-border collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or related field
- Master’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) or MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of program and portfolio management experience in complex, matrixed, or global organizations (preferred)
- 7+ years people management experience (required)
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles (required)
- Strong governance, prioritisation, and operating model design capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder influence, executive presence, facilitation, and communication skills
- Advanced analytical capability with business intelligence tools (Power BI, MS Excel)
- Ability to collaborate across geographic boundaries and lead through influence
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs
