Job Summary
Head of Strategy and Operations responsible for defining and accelerating company-wide strategy, building the sales/customer success playbook, defining KPIs and SLAs, aligning product roadmaps with GTM, and recruiting and mentoring teams. Drive budgeting/forecasting, financial foundation, and operational processes to scale from early-stage to growth phase; requires leadership across engineering, operations, and go-to-market, with a data-driven, process-driven approach and a focus on revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in Operations or GTM
- Experience scaling a tech company from ~20 employees to 100+ employees
- Process building and documentation for sales and customer success
- Experience recruiting, sales, and customer success with a metrics-based leadership
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
- AI product experience with GTM strategy and product launch timelines
- Enterprise SaaS experience selling to Fortune 500 customers
- San Francisco-based, and able to work in-person in SF
- Strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision making
- Strong communication, project management, and delegation skills
