Job Summary
Head of Strategy and Business Excellence DXR leads the strategic planning process for the Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) business, aligning resources, technology adoption, and processes with strategic goals. Drives lean transformation, performance measurement (KPI development and reporting to senior leadership), and daily management routines to enable faster decision-making and sustained competitive advantage. Responsible for developing and executing the DXR strategic plan, guiding market forecasting, business development, and alliance management; coaches leaders on performance dialogues, visual management, and accountability; champions problem-solving maturity and cross-functional collaboration. Requires extensive senior leadership collaboration, a track record of strategy execution, and willingness to travel ~30%. Office-based role with in-person collaboration at Philips in Pune, India.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years strategy leadership experience and/or continuous improvement/transformation in a large organization
- Bachelor's degree ideally in a related field; MBA highly preferred
- Operational and analytical/data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
